The actor/producer/comedian and his wife Lauren Anne Miller Rogen recently stopped by 64 E. First St. in the East Village, where they expressed interest in a third-floor unit that is asking $3.33 million.
The two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment is 1,807 square feet.
The home is smart-wired and comes with a chef’s kitchen.
Rogen, clad in jeans and a T-shirt, was “super sweet, cool and nice,” our spies say, which must be his Canadian side.
The building, located between First and Second avenues, has six full-floor residences that all come with chef’s kitchens and private terraces.
The couple, we hear, are scouring the Bowery and the rest of the neighborhood as they continue their house-hunt.
